CrittersWonderland Return & Refund Policy
Returns:
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, items must be in the same condition as when you received them—unused, with tags intact, and in their original packaging. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase as it’s required for all returns.
To begin a return, please contact us at Orders@CrittersWonderland.com. If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on where to send your package. Please note that items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:
We ask that you inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us right away so we can address the issue promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom or personalized items
- Personal care products (like beauty items)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Additionally, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable. If you have any questions about the return eligibility of a specific product, please contact us.
Exchanges:
If you’d like to exchange an item, the quickest way is to return the original item and then place a new order for the desired product once your return has been processed.
European Union – 14-Day Cooling Off Period:
For shipments to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without needing to provide a justification. As with our 30-day policy, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, with tags and original packaging intact, along with your receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds:
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to reflect the refund on your account. If you haven’t received your refund within 15 business days of approval, please contact us at Orders@CrittersWonderland.com.
